Once the shortcode expires, whatever you enter here will show on the page instead of the Video, Audio, PDF, etc (instead of the shortcode).

So you can enter something like "Sorry, this content has expired - either the date or the viewing limit has been exceeded."

And you can use the visual editor to customize your error message with media from your Media library, links, font sizes, etc.
