Choose the type of media you are creating this shortcode for.
1. Video Player (Standard) vs. Video Player (Streaming):
Standard video is also called "Progressive Download". Click here for an article explaining the difference between Progressive Downloads and Streaming Video. They're both secure, but Streaming is what lets you create "Impossible to Download" videos, but also a bit more expensive in terms of your Amazon AWS bill.
So ff you want just secure video, choose Video Player (Standard).
But if you wish to create impossible-to-download videos that load super-fast, then choose Video Player (Streaming).
NOTE: Before you can create a streaming player for a video, you must go to the Media page and click on the "Prepare for Streaming" link next to that file name. That will convert a standard .mp4 file into a "video stream" (which consists of files with the extensions .m3u8 and .ts).
Watch a video of this in our documentation at https://S3MediaVault.com/doc/
2. Video Playlist
If you wish to create a Video playlist with multiple videos on a single page, choose this option.
3. Audio Player
If you have a .mp3 file in your S3 account and wish to create a beautiful audio player, choose this option.
4. Audio Playlist
If you have multiple audio files for which you wish to create a single playlist, choose this option.
5. Download Link
If you wish to create a download link for any file, whether it's a video, audio, PDF, zip, doc or even an image, then choose this option.
6. Raw URL
If you don't want S3MediaVault to automatically create a link for a file, and you wish to use your own button or image, and you just need S3MediaVault to give you a raw URL that you can use however you choose to (like your theme or a third-party plugin asking you for a URL for which it would then create a fancy button that links to your file), then use this option to create a shortcode. And then enter the shortcode into the location where you're asked to enter a URL.
7. Instant Media Page (all files)
If you don't wish to create one shortcode per file, and you want something that quickly embeds a whole bunch of files from your bucket or sub-folder onto a page, use this option. So if you have 3 videos, 2 audios and a PDF in your main bucket, and if you create a shortcode with this option, then after you've embedded this shortcode on a page and you view that page, you will see 3 video players, 2 audio players, and 1 PDF link.
